About talentapedia

talentaPEDIA is a digital meeting space between sobatalenta (candidates) and semestalenta (employers) who have job opportunities both abroad and domestically. All opportunities displayed on talentpedia are jobs that have complete legalization, including:

• semestalenta is Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI) which has official permission from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Job Order that has been validated by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the Placement Country.
• Valid SIP2MI or Surat Izin Perekrutan Pekerja Migran Indonesia which is issued by Badan Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia. 

Process Flow talentaPEDIA

In accordance with the concept of creating this platform, talentaPEDIA is only a meeting and bridging space between the two parties. So in general the process that sobatalenta goes through is:

• Register and log in via talentaPEDIA.
• Make sure you have filled in all the personal data required during registration to make mapping sobatalenta easier.
• Register for desired job opportunities.
• talenteaPEDIA will contact sobatalenta for a preliminary interview.
• If sobatalenta is declared to have passed this stage, then sobatalenta will be immediately interviewed by end users and also semestalenta who have the work in question.
• When accepted by the end user, sobatalenta will follow all terms, conditions and processes together with semestalenta.

talentaPEDIA never asks for any payment from sobatalenta. The entire placement process is carried out through the Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company or P3MI which has official permission from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Job opportunities available at TalentPEDIA have also been approved by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in the Placement Country and already have a Recruitment Permit from the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency (BP2MI).
